But you would only do it before your three weeks out and after. We have a driver that does that and he stays out longer before going home.

I'd be happy with $90,000 here in MA.

    Interesting night yesterday..
Headed north around 10:30 on US 83, a 2 lane w no shouldes, from SD into ND after 1 stop headed for Bismarck.
Temps dropped to 31 w some light freezing rain.
Road were not bad but was cautious when I top a hill and see clearance lamps ahead.
They appear to be in the lane of travel. As I got closer they are and he is stopped with 4 ways on, and road is now solid ice. I try to brake but no effect so I'm gonna go around on the left.
As I move to left lane the crown of the road dictates I will instead take the southbound ditch..
It wants to jack knife but am able to maintain control and as I approach a driveway abutment I gas on it and steer to the right so I don't go up and over and back in the ditch again.
Managed to steer it back onto the highway and get it stopped.
But not until I take out the farmers mailbox and nearly slide into opposite ditch..
All in all pretty fortunate just a couple grill slats broke from mail box.
A few rigs got stopped behind me but we waited till 7:45 this morning to move.

Got to hotel and had breakfast and a shower and got my stop off.
Was told 23 semi hit the ditch in a 20 mile stretch on I94

That's actually something I want to do. But becoming a pilot requires a ton of money and time. 1500 minimum flight hours to fly for any airline. That's not including anything you need to get before then.

scythe08, Dennixx and viper822004 Thank this.

15 yrs ago took a flight class and initial flight designed to entice those interested to commit.
But after weighing all involved, beside cost and time commitments, and my new job, I opted out.
Would have loved having my license for recreational flying.
