I'm pleased that you are able to do so with just two years sir. I can tell you that we have 38 drivers, 36 O/O and most of them have been on the road for 15+ years. They are very pleased with our policies and they are able to make pretty good money considering the times we are facing.

My Class 8 is 5 months. My business has been 25+ years. I could drive my pickup with a 5 ton gooseneck at those rates. Not a class 8. As some one else noted, 1960's rates. Pass, good luck on your recruiting tho.

I did not post on here to recieve the kind of comments that you guys have to offer. I am giving information to those who want and need it. If you do not want any more information then why even post?

All 38 drivers we have leased on are hard working Americans and they do a great job for us and don't gripe anything like you guys have and you don't even pull for us. I am glad that you guys pull for no less than $2.00 and turn down everything else. That leaves plenty of still good paying freight for us to pick up. Almost all of our freight is no-touch dry van, drop and hook. Driver isn't tarping, strapping, unloading, etc. We do haul some flat bed but it obviously pays much better than the dry van. I bet your not home every weekend with your wife and children though. Our guys run anywhere from 2-8 loads a week and are still home at least one day with their families. They run as much as they want. Thats their choice. They can stay out if they want but most choose to come home.
