same thing happened to me last week,
Linde called 3 or 4 times over a month, finally told him to shove it... what a joke of a hiring process
every time he said i will forward this to my hiring manager and will set up an interview..
okay? then do it.. stop calling me for no reason
probably for the best i wouldn't do well with meaningless rules, cameras, and a bad schedule, and i really don't want to live in or near the twin woke cities anyways.
Goodluck to anyone willing to deal with all their bs

Take it personally and you will always feel resentment.
Most get into the industry because it is a independent solitary endeavor for the most part. But with the technology available now and upcoming not so much.
Probably why it pays twice the average..
Gotta have thick skin.
But at the end of the day it's just a job and only those with the fortitude to let the bs and policy stand alongside them, while just doing what you've been trained to do will survive.
I've been here 15 yrs and trucking over 50 so don't have many fvcks to give.
I just do the job the way they want it done and let everything else fall where it may.
I am the squeaky wheel and think they only want a few of those each plant.
Truth told all of us here with decades of experience would find work on the drive home if we left.
Either voluntarily or non voluntarily.scythe08, viper822004, idriveaholden and 2 others Thank this. -

Can someone tell AP to stop sending me ads? Your not hiring near me. So stop getting my hopes up
scythe08 and viper822004 Thank this. -
Look like you had okay experiences at SPT. I just put in an application before reading all these threads. Should I look elsewhere or continue with SPT hiring process if they decide to take me on? I've had no tanker experience before. The 3wks/1wk is what I am truly looking for! -

W2ers here:
When it's all said and done and your pay stubs come in and you divide the gross by how many hours you are on-duty on the logs what does y'all hourly pay turn out to be?
I was hauling post office mail for a USPS sub-contractor outta Denver, CO last year and after doing the division and checking my calculation 3 times it turned out to be $40/hr W2 (no OT pay allowed since it was interstate) which was $1400/wk, 35hrs/wk, 1875mi/wk.viper822004 Thanks this. -
