Trucker busted 4 hit&run

You swing an 80k lb truck through a tight turn in a tight city and not know a CR-V pulled up in the lane next to you and you tap its mirror, I promise you won't know you hit it.

 

We all do tight turns everyday. Some us still have yet to damage anybody else's equipment. It's called watching your mirrors and predicting stupidity is going to happen at all times..

 

I get that, but my point is... you shouldn't allow yourself into a situation where you could unknowingly hit something in the first place.

When I make a tight turn I just don't leave enough room for the car to sneak in. Some of these clowns think they need to jug handle clear to the left curb in order to make a right turn, and they end up with a full lane and a half of open space between their tandems and the right curb. Of course the dumb 4-wheelers are going to take that space. I would expect no less from them. LOL.

 

Nahh jail is the correct response. This kind of person has ZERO regard for human life and the only way to really drive that home is consiquinces.

My experince with a hit and run is the guy got hit with multiple felonys. Granted mine was a hit and run in a construction zone and missouri has zero mercy for this ####. Last i heard he full on got jail time.

 

How is any of this Mr Karen's business?

 

Oh, and I'm a retired firefighter from a town that borders mx. Those people would not only not yield, they'd pass us.

 

Yea, in MO, if the damage is more than 1000 bucks it is a class E felony.

 

Might want to check the laws. Hit and run in missouri is infact a felony.

I assume Canuckistan has some sort of Freedom of the Press, he's on a public road, hit a tax-payer funded vehicle....I don't see the problem.
