    Might as well. It was easier to give up than I thought.

    And I was the biggest coffee drinker on the site I'm sure.

    The difference in breathing when I'm under load is remarkable.

    And the body is displaying amazing results.

    In search of my Special K protein and Fiber One bars that I eat at work, I had to brave not one, but TWO Walmarts. :eek:

    The both looked like the lines approaching the southern border from the Mexican side.
