It's gonna be tough for you. But not impossible. What area are you in? Maybe someone can point you to a smaller company or even a local one.

I wish someone could explain why NOBODY ever asks these questions before they set fire to their money.
A felony conviction, no work history for 15 years, maybe no US driver license for X years all make your application look terrible. Drivers with perfect records and experience are just barely getting hired right now. Maybe try construction companies, dump truck companies. You are in charge of doing what is best for you. Make good choices.
