I always told the insurance agents... I have insurance and I know it is not enough.

I ran a different route than my long peddle. Instead I ran the route full of chicken processing and rendering plants.


I though they had suffered enough so I spared them and ate a cheeseburger instead.


I just wanted to take a pause from the LTL cause to say I hope everyone has a good weekend

 

Shep's is an all-time favorite too. Outside of Palestine TX is GSA Camp Betty Perot made trips down there about every two weeks when my daughter was on the Tejas Riders horse riding team. After dropping her off made the quick trip to Sheps BBQ.

I didn't see sausage, bacon was there but no sausage. WTH .
