    30 lbs of brisket in the smoker, ate the smoked French fries and some of the cheese curds for supper tonight. Currently, several blocks of honey drenched cream cheese in there to smoke for several hours, until the offspring is in bed, and only the missus and I remain up to consume it with crackers and pretzels.
