Ya it's shutdown. They are sending wb traffic to the exit and back down the on ramp... there is truckstop at that exit if you are going eb you won't be able to access it

Lol . Yep especially with no detour route as far as I have been able to find.. its bound to happen eventually

 

Going east you could just go through town to get to the truckstops. You’d have to go back west to get back on the interstate so technically you wouldn’t be avoiding the port.

 

How many straps are you supposed to put on a container again?

 

None. They have container locks

 

Looking closely I don't see any locks and it looks to be off center.
