    Nice… I’m getting excited.

Worked all week with my flatbed. Had a little time last night and all day today. The taillight wiring off the single screw was wrapped up and it uncoiled long enough I don’t even have to splice or extend anything. The crossmember and liners are in permanent. Had a few problems with a broken air bag, shock and A broken fitting on an air can from it being handled by the yard. Also the main feed line is larger on the tandem than the original truck. I wasn’t able to get the fittings I needed today but I’ll send the wife for them this week. I’m off with a weeks worth of flatbed work in the morning. Pump installed and fluid changed. Cleaned off the rear panel for new lights. Back to flatbed work tomorrow. Hope to make a bit more headway on Saturday? IMG_1913.jpeg IMG_1914.jpeg IMG_1947.jpeg IMG_1944.jpeg

Yup, and plan on pulling it apart after a week or so to check it? Cleaning up some lose ends today. Got a pile of fittings to get to get this all plumbed together. So making a list. IMG_1999.jpeg IMG_2001.jpeg IMG_2005.jpeg

the last pick up I fixed the frame Z cut through the overload like you did, if I ever get my way on tossing this 8 bag in the scrap pile I was planning on doing the same with.

I'll be honest, it had been a year since I had checked mine last until I had it apart last winter for a transmission & clutch and the grease was still fine and no abnormal wear. I have had dust/dirt pack around the spool on the air shift for the pump and it would react very slowly and a quick clean up solved that issue.

Alright I got a question? (Lookin at you @IH9300SBA ) I’m trying to set my pump up as a two line pump. It purchased as a single line kit. The pump has two outflows on it with a plug in one. It says you can use that as a return / bypass by pulling the plug and installing a spacer in the other one. I also bought a filter and am plumbing a return line in the catwalk. Dose the return from pump go through filter or after it?
The control also only allows the pto to be engaged once the lever is in the raise position. It kicks the pto out if you move the lever back to lower. That seems like normal operation for a single line but not for dual line?

I literally don’t know anything about this stuff so any option or advice would be helpful.

Wet kits for just a end dump don't typically use a filter. The filter would go in the return line from the trailer for a lowboy, rolloff, or walking floor trailer. The air controls are meant to be idiot proof. Apsco does sell a modified air control that doesn't disengage the pto with the hoist control for when you're spreading.

My return goes direct to the Tank, I can kick 100 yd walker off in about 10 minutes and doesn’t seem to get too hot, vs returning through the pump

are the two outflows different psi?
