Fellow truckers. My AC does not blow up front but blows just fine in the sleeper. There is no air coming out at all actually . I checked the AC compressor and it seems to be working just fine.
Any idea what the issue could be ?

The blower motor isn't running. It could be the motor, the fuse or the resistor pack. It's very unlikely to be the blower motor, but could be. Have to investigate further. I have seen a lot of the Freightliners burn up the resister packs. Well, at least the ones that run a lot of A/C like FLA, AZ etc. Does yours run on any speed? Only on high? Check your fuses. The sleeper is totally separate. Pay no attention to that. I just did the blower motor in my 2023 Pete. Was easy. The Freightliners aren't bad if you are fairly mechanical. See what speeds are out. If no blower speeds work, go check the fuses. You could have the melted wire/connector issue.

Did the motor make weird screeching noises before it stopped blowing air, or did it just stop working one day?

DO THOSE SOUNDS CHANGE AS YOU INCREASE AND DECREASE FAN SETTING?JB7 Thanks this. -
B - You cannot hear the fan motor and air is not coming out of the vents
If A then:
1 - a duct hose may have come off
2 - A critter plugged up some of your ducts
3 - blend door or actuator is stuck
4 - check your cabin filter
If B:
You will need to remove a panel(s) under the right/passenger side dash to get to the fan motor. You can then unplug the fan motor and test for 12v at the plug. You can also connect the fan directly to a battery to see if it works.tscottme Thanks this. -
You probably have a melted wire/connector or it's the blower motor. I would suspect a wire, especially the blue one behind the passenger dash access. If, like the others said that you can hear NO SOUND that is. The contacts loosen up over time and they have to pass almost 30 amps through them. When they loosen a tiny bit they start to arc and burn up. This happens a lot. If you can't hear anything and your fuses are good (I think it may have been F10 but cant remember for sure) look into your blue and gray wire that runs to the fan.
