Correct yes it'll be between $150.00 - $175.00 we are just pending the type of material we commit to on the surface. We intend to go higher quality so that may push us higher on monthly but not too much. When you say "kind of tight" does it seem tighter then our site plan you are reviewing? Do you see the width on our isles to be sufficient to reverse in the parking spots and be comfortable? We aimed to have 65-70' wide isles but it eliminated an entire row which hurt the numbers compared to cost. Ahh that makes sense. Yes we wanted 48' so it's comfortable for an those going in and out simultaneously.

Yes and no. My head is not able to wrap around it. I asked, checked, saw but still each angled parking space throws me off when trying to imagine the process. Any simple explanation you got i'd appreciate.

Are the angle blindside spots cheaper?

My rig hasn't been home in about 6 months or so, but when run'n for the home 20 I do exactly that. After a 17-19hr flight, last thing I want to do is blindside, even into an angled spot.

I'd turn them to the sight side, but maybe I just suck at driving after an all nighter.?

Where do guys park their 4 wheelers? In the truck spot when gone?
Place I used for a while here in Florida had a nice shady tree line round the edges. That way you didn't have to jump car to truck to car or vise versa. Bonus car don't bake in the sun for days or weeks on end..

Yeah, I see what you mean looking at google maps coming into the lot off a two lane road. Oh yes, the lot I park at is much tighter than the setup you have mapped out. I think any driver that knows how to back won't have a problem backing into any spot. The width looks more than adequate, in the isles.

The middle row. Left spaces of the middle row. Think about the difference.

Based on your experience, do you see it possible to flip the blindside parking areas to not being blindside anymore? Also, yes the 4 wheelers would be parked inside the trucks parking spot once it's out. We can maybe make some car parking spaces throughout but no matter how many we make it wouldn't suffice.

Curious to ask, you said you understand what I mean for the 48' wide entry based off google maps and seeing it's a two lane. I am assuming you located the lot? How in the world? Haha that is impressive if you did. Got it. I feel a bit nervous because i've heard that the aisles should be wider for inexperienced drivers and they can get wild/slam into other trucks from the lack of experience. Hmmm... What else can you suggest or share? You're helping a ton.

So in the middle row, the left spaces, are the blindside parking? All we have to do is flip it to aim the opposite way, would that solve it? What do you suggest? Would the far right row also reflect blindside? This is where my confusion is.

I actually just looked up "1187 Rendon Bloodworth Mansfield Texas" and it just showed the road, looks like a two lane between 287 and 35W. I don't know that I actually saw the lot, unless its the gravel looking lot I did see in the google map image that is on the north side of the road right about the middle between 287 and 35W. Honestly there isn't anything else I would suggest. If someone hits another truck in those aisles you have, if they are that big, they don't need a CDL, or a semi to drive.

No, the right side, a driver who can't blindside without tearing something up could just enter, go to the left, up to the opposite end and then back into the spot to the driver side. Blindside is when the driver is backing up having to his passenger side, trying to look through the passenger mirror. Many don't grasp the concept of those handy power mirrors, where they could almost just keep a finger tapping the mirror control and still see where they are going.
