Correct yes it'll be between $150.00 - $175.00 we are just pending the type of material we commit to on the surface. We intend to go higher quality so that may push us higher on monthly but not too much. When you say "kind of tight" does it seem tighter then our site plan you are reviewing? Do you see the width on our isles to be sufficient to reverse in the parking spots and be comfortable? We aimed to have 65-70' wide isles but it eliminated an entire row which hurt the numbers compared to cost. Ahh that makes sense. Yes we wanted 48' so it's comfortable for an those going in and out simultaneously.
WOULD YOU PARK HERE? SITE PLAN FEEDBACK NEEDED.

Are the angle blindside spots cheaper?
My rig hasn't been home in about 6 months or so, but when run'n for the home 20 I do exactly that. After a 17-19hr flight, last thing I want to do is blindside, even into an angled spot.
I'd turn them to the sight side, but maybe I just suck at driving after an all nighter.?
Where do guys park their 4 wheelers? In the truck spot when gone?
Place I used for a while here in Florida had a nice shady tree line round the edges. That way you didn't have to jump car to truck to car or vise versa. Bonus car don't bake in the sun for days or weeks on end..KhalilConstruction Thanks this. -

The middle row. Left spaces of the middle row. Think about the difference.
