Cant understand listening to nothing all day
10 hours a day over a year, that’s almost 4000 hours you just wasted.
That much time spent on most things would make you an expert..

    D.Tibbitt and tscottme Thank this.

Do you own your own truck? As an independent O/O I have plenty to think about, including what I just listened to, what I'm planning, thinking through things between phone calls. I doubt anyone goes without any entertainment at all. And who wants to spend 4000 a year driving? I'd say I drive less than half that amount and it's plenty.

    D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

When I am on the road, which is almost every day, I listen to one of the greatest female singers of all time. She has beaten anyone with her style, her depth of singing, and her versions of songs that are just beautiful to begin with.

This is just a sample of her music that transcends generations and genres ...

PLEASE LISTEN TO IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH.

Isn't that kind of America's problem right now ? Everyone is an "expert" in everything because they heard a podcast or watched a youtube video, but the reality is they can tell the difference between their butt and buttered toast. Just focus on driving and running a business, become expert on that.

Talk radio was big in the 90s then satellite radio and now podcast. Their are some good podcasts that replaced talk radio like Phile Hendrie and is crazy cast of people. It was a radio show and people would call in to complain about the radio show host. The funny part was it was Phile Hendrie doing and saying crazy stuff as different people. He has podcasts now it’s funny.

Stop at Ted’s Steakhouse and let Ted put his meat in your mouth.

You know how families used to sit down and listen to "Radio Shows" before TV came out - sometimes I listen to those

I do not think that word means what you think it does.

In electronics, a "dynamo hum" is the sound that an AC current makes either physically on a circuit, or as radio interference; a hum at the frequency of 60Hz in the US (or 50 Hz in most of the rest of the world).

This has nothing to do with either the Frank Zappa song nor the sexual slang term it was referring to; "Dinah-Moe hum".
