No I haven’t. But you can surely look at another W9 and compare everything. Maybe ask some Mechanics. Take yours in to the dealership and compare. You may need some different brackets, may be costly. Most likely need a new surge tank, condenser, maybe longer a/c lines, That stuffs not terribly expensive. Biggest cost is new cac piping if needed. Maybe you could find the set up you need, on another W9, and get the vin# and start researching. Meanwhile get this one repaired.

Someone already mentioned getting yours re cored. Probably easiest option.

You mentioned finding the leak. You didn’t elaborate. Is it just those few bottom veins that look wet?

Is this the crack? This should be able to be repaired.

The yellow area below can also be repaired.
The area circled in red is the core. The radiator should be able to be re-cored. See post #13.
If someone made you the wrong one then you need to find another shop.
    No conversion should be necessary.

I welded the frame, recoring, I just took it to a different shop but they are not sure about recoring it because of the plastic tanks

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.

Yes, plastic tanks may not be able to be re-cored. And plastic gets old and brittle so a re-core may not even be worth it. In your post #1, that is a Paccar part, free shipping. They have 24/7 live chat. Can't the shop patch up what you have as a short term fix? Call the places that were given in this thread and ask them what your options are. I did some digging online and the one you list is the only one found. Other than that, call some of the online heavy duty radiator suppliers and ask them.
