The ether bunny should only come out to be used as a parts cleaner.

 

You wanna be careful with that. Rebuilt the posi in my ####box when I was 18 or 19 and ran out of brake clean during the final assembly. Seen the old man had a few cans of ether on the shelf so why not? Rolled back under the truck, sprayed down the crown gear. Went to roll back out to grab the diff cover and I raised my head into the fumes that collected under the truck bed. I remember hitting the concrete and just barely clawing myself out from under the truck to fresh air.

 

I was guessing the 70's, but that's all it is, a guess. You may be spot on.

You might be closer than I am Don. I was basing my guess on 3406s coming out late 70s. A quick Google query says 73, so rebuilds likely mid to late 70s makes sense.

 

Spent yesterday evening in the hospital. I guess I've got bleeding ulcers and because it made my hemoglobin level drop I passed out.

I hate the way nurses and doctors talk to me and I'm really just thinking about taking a dose of LA-200 and seeing if that doesn't help.

Dang, that doesn't sound good. At least maybe you have caught on to something before it get's more serious?

I'll bet you have plenty of family and friends around that are willing to give you the LA-200! Hope you get better Skeeter.
