Our place is on a state section. $5000 a year for the whole section and all the buildings. It's a 99 year lease.
In Wyoming in every township sections 16 and 36 are state owned and the lease benefits various state departments. Adjoining landowners get priority. The section we're on goes to the University of Wyoming. -

Speaking of houses, the youngest daughter closes on her first house today. Retired folks movin into town.
Couple acres, nice house, barns. In the heart of the Ozarks no less. She's worked hard to get here.
She's just gettin started, but I bet she feels like she's "made it" today. -
My luck is, I buy something and the proper tool apparently was never used in any form.
My flatbed looked like it had Christmas decorations under the back of it when I bought it. Blue, yellow, & red butt splices all over. Took a little bit but got 90% of that junk weeded out….1951 ford, tramm01, High Stepper and 13 others Thank this. -
May have to try them. I usually use this setup with heat shrink over it….

Been up ordering permits and installing a new leveling valve on my bucket of bolts. 3 OS/OW loads heading to Tennessee this week, plus 2 local machines to move….

In high moisture locations these work really well but they take up more space and don't leave a clean look
