Id guess maybe the equivalent of going from 3:55 to 3:42 gears. You can use the calculator posted to compare RPM’s/Speeds/tires/gears to know what to expect.

 

Well, it depends on length needed, size, hub etc, 5$ ea for studs on my trailer, was 12$ for the drive studs i needed though, same place, same brand

 

Yeah that is true, I am 13'8" with lp 24.6 n my truck hooked to a van, part of the reason I went down.

 

Yeah I use the calculator all the time to figure stuff out, but how it works in the real world is always a bit more interesting.
