Stopped by a local pub in town for a Pint. So this dog walks in & orders a beer.


Yeah then he walks over & starts talking to these 3 guys, really.

I finished my 1 beer to drive home, this local dog apparently is a sports fan.

You just can't make this stuff up.

Johnny Miller; Cajun hubby of one of my nieces , lives in Plaquemine, LA. They come up for the annual greet and eat 40 people (+ or -) each Thanksgiving. We eat. Johnny sets his oblong .25 thick cast aluminum pan/boiler/pot over two burners and starts cooking. Dab of this and dab of that, mostly turkey, ham, and veggies from left over lunch.

We all get back together that night and pig out on his jambalaya, gumbo, and rice. Has a bunch of that rock hard po boy NO bread that he wets and warms and so good.

So I stroll by once and he is stirring away and I smart off with : Where is the snake, Johnny.? Gotta have some in there, He steady stirred and replied: It is already in there, Get me that green bowl of gator out of the refrigerator...
Last and only time I asked Johnny Miller anything about his cooking.

Back in the 90's I had a female Australian Shepard that was just like a person, too. Smartest dog I ever saw in my life. (Only dog I have known to ever drive a car!). She had her own personalized beer bowl behind the bar at our local haunt they had made up just for her.
