    The HB just had a come apart and told me to quit F’n around with the bow and do some Traeger maintenance— she does have a point but don’t have to be so nasty about it

    I'm doing close to the same diet no sugar, pasta, rice, bread, and potatoes. When I crave ice cream, I mix up a few scoops of whey protein in milk with a few cubes of ice, pack of sweet and low and few drops of vanilla. It'll take care of the craving.

    Not yet. Current one dosent have many miles on it. Maybe four thousand (4000)
    Bought the tool a couple years ago and decided to practice on tge olde chain from the output shaft bearing disintegration debacle of a couple years ago.
