Do you guys ever cook in the truck stop showers?

Gives a whole new meaning to my Grand Dad sayin “Boy a man that will eat under the same roof he ####s ain’t right”

 

In this industry the phrase "now I've seen everything" simply cannot be used

 

Not sure if op knows this, but if you cook in the shower you gotta make pruno in the toilet.

can’t let a man have a half a brain fart.

 

Anyone else remember that Seinfeld episode where Kramer prepares his food in the shower?

 

No. When I drove I never even thought about cooking in the shower of a truckstop. Why don't you just cook in your truck.

 

Imagine how many bacon strips were removed in that sink

I'm all for cooking on the road... this right here. Man I just don't know... one time I was taking a #### at the loves and some dude brought in a blender and set it on the counter , put a bunch of fruits and #### in it and then fired it up... it was a good thing I was already sitting on the toilet because the sound of a blender at full bore in a loves bathroom is enough to scare the #### out of a guy.

 

When I drove my wife and I had a small propane grill and we would set it up outside the truck when we were at truckstops or restareas and start cooking. When we were done cooking we would put away everything , eat in the truck and start driving.

 

I bet if you asked to plug in outside. You would get permission. I parked at a SAMS club. Got rotisserie chicken $4.98. French bread $.99 ranch dressing 2 HUGE bottles $6? Bag of chips.
I sat on flatbed making lunch. Some power company workers walking back with pizza/soda said. “Wish we knew there was sandwich truck out here”. Shower not my first choice.
