One thing I already not a fond of is the wait time... I'm loading here at Citrofrut in McAllen, two trucks in front of me so I can expect to be here until 12PM and when I'm done, I gotta go to the Love's to get my spring break check out, hopefully it doesn't take long and there's no other truck in there. One more thing I'll miss with Cypress.

We drop and hook everything in the McAllen area and have for several years since we’ve had our terminal down there. Local shuttle drivers in the area preload everything for us.

Yeah, wish Bynum had that, would save a lot of freaking time... When I talked to the recruiter last time he said you guys have a lot of drop and hook over there, plus you fuel at Love's right? That alone would make me go over there lol, Bynum fuel at Flying J/Pilot... I've been here for a couple of days now and I already see a lot of stuff that I'm not a fond of... I talked to a driver that was waiting to get loaded with me and he said he left Bynum for IRT but they were dysfunctional as hell so he came right back to Bynum LMFAO!!! Still waiting to get loaded by the way, you guys still have a terminal down here?

Yes, we still have our terminal there. It’s technically in Mission, TX but Mission and McAllen are basically the same thing. It’s about a five minute drive from where you’re at.

We used to live load down there when I first started in 2016. IRT has made a lot of places drop and hooks since then, which definitely makes everything more efficient.

We can fuel at any Loves.

I believe it was an account in Okeechobee that Indian River took over. Someone said it was originally South East milk but who knows.

Yeah, nice, you guys fuel at TAs too? I'm gonna miss my points unless they add Love's to the fueling station. Still waiting, been here since 8 AM, what's crazy is they have all these bays available and they're loading us one by one...

We only fuel at Loves now, except for the drivers who go into Canada. (Redtwin can clarify that since he goes up there) I think Loves has the best incentives and discounts for carriers. With the economy, tariff wars, inflation, and price of fuel now, I’m sure the numbers make more sense.

The facility you’re at might not have enough product made to use all of the bays at once.

Ummm... Cool, yeah, Love's is the best. So if they separate them, it'll take even longer I guess, plus I gotta go to the Love's and have my break adjusted, I really had hope I would've put some miles behind me today, oh well... I'll still make it by Thursday though, drive 600 miles tomorrow, and 600 miles Wednesday, and I'm already in Murfreesboro.

Sometimes the harvest season of different fruit crops and time of the year will affect production at facilities. Sometimes different bays are used for different products and require internal pipeline washing and things like that before switching from one to another. There are a lot of variables behind the scenes that justify things that don’t always make sense on the surface.
