I had forgotten what a tour of a kill floor in a pack’n house looked like but today I remembered— probably kill anyone else but 117 year old weakling

 

And some stale Fritos.

 

Caught up ! Going for several tests tomorrow to see if I’m on the verge of croaking. Or not.

 

Probably an equipment failure with their trailer. Looked like it became unhitched somehow. It wasn’t even loaded.

 

So yesterday I made a run to Pocatello to take @CattlemansBabe to breakfast and spend the day with her. We had breakfast at Elmers... then hung out together until she had to go to work. This was taken at breakfast...


Then today she came out to my place to hang out and give me a hand with some house work... this was taken sitting on my kitchen floor while we cleaned the fridge...


I had to push my load out until Saturday, as my ex-wife had surgery this week and needs me to keep the boys a few more days so she can recover a little more without having to chase them around. This also gives me and my gal a chance to go out Friday night with some friends and then have an entire night together for the first time... so the fridge and freezer are stocked with beer and whiskey, the fire pit is ready for a big blaze, and I'm looking forward to once again falling asleep snuggled upto a beautiful woman that has feeling for me.

 

I have to agree, but if you're in the clink...I guess you get what you get. Could be worse, could be in the can in Mexico.
