Like the previous driver stated unless things have changed from the late 90s when I looked at them pretty hard and actually talked to current and former drivers they were a total shat show. Maybe they’ve gotten their act together (highly doubtful).

Cypress has a decent FMCSA record compared to others:
11% out of service
No fatal accidents.

They’re a good place to work, I did dumps for them pulling gypsum from crystal river to jax, there’s good money to be made on that. All the “what they were in the 90’s” comments are irrelevant, their equipment is well maintained, all of the management I dealt with were fair and friendly, and they have freight for the flatbed guys. Only real downfalls, inward facing cameras, and very heavy tarps for flatbed drivers.
