    The red Thai peppers I get are the reigning champions for heat with flavor.

    They can be pretty WTF hot, but they have a flavor to them.

    Too many people have habanero sauces they just dump a truckload of pepper in, and it doesn't taste like anything, and doesn't enhance the food.

    Agree. Have had these super hot peppers. That’s just it, they don’t have or really add any flavor to things. Use a lot of peppers in cooking. Prefer to get flavor. Some heat is good, some things need that. Steam rising off the top of head just doesn’t work.

    I've got a six speed manual diesel Toyota Hilux 4x4 for the week. By far it's the best vehicle I've ever driven. I'd buy a new one if America would let us.

    I tried floating gears out of habit to start with though.
