Have you tried Swift? I'd rather go to Swift than going to Western Express or Super Ego.

All that free food and drinks the customers leave on the tables when they're finished. I'd like that job, cleaning the tables. Get plastered after every meal and free of charge.

I know of one 1099 fleet owner who would never hire you because of the issue with the mirror.

See 1099 fleet owners want perfect drivers and ones who are willing to chase down people who drive off after damaging a mirror, and do it on foot. They require you to be agile, and fast at a moment's notice, not sit there like a slug in your sweats and flippity flops as you are stuffing your face with a cheeseburger and a sody water.

    Chase that truck!!!!

They look down on mirror damage, it won't matter if you ended up in a ditch upside down or get a 50 over speeding ticket but that mirror damage, well ... that's just too *******ING much.

They view mirrors as a sacred part of the truck, put above the little bulldog on the hood or that great badge on the front that says "Freightliner", the mirror is the soul of the truck and you never for get that.

SO here is what you need to know

The truth is that this is a minor thing, and if you worry about this instead of everything else, you should start practicing "Would you like paper or plastic?" chant. You don't seem to get that if the company only dings you for the phone and you are worried about the mirror, stay the hell where you are at.

    I saw prime lease??

    Seriously?

Why would you ever consider that, especially if you are worried about being fired over a mirror?

My God that's not a smart move at all and you think you have worries now, try lease purchasing with a crap company who will be out to screw you.
