Like to poke some fun at @tramm01 and his yuppie grill. He has a traeger, an older one.

 

Cool. Have a coworker that got a pit boss from tractor supply. Says the same thing, gotta keep it pretty clean.

 

For the finish some smoked jalapeños and onions. I’ll chop up the jalapeños and onions and add it to the Little freezer bags that I’ll put the pulled pork in. This way, I’ll have individual servings to add to scrambled eggs, tacos, black beans, and pinto beans and on top of salads that are of course topped with the delicious Ken steakhouse salad dressings or just as a quick meat protein, snack.
