    Yea the son has a good case here if the driver was driving like claimed. And if the facts line up that way. I hope he wins. No one should lose their dad like that. Fire is one of the worst ways to go.

    ScottieD has a video showing a wrecker show up to tow him to a shop. He rode in his own truck while being towed.

    Every time a wrecker showed up for me I always rode in the wrecker.

    I wonder if he lost his brakes or something? 375 is a huge mountain pass and n. Desert Blvd looks like the frontage road to get onto i10 .. I like to take the 375 north over the mountain instead of going thru the city. Coming down this hill to I10 it is a 6% grade with a stoplight at the bottom of it.. I could see an inexperienced tow truck driver maybe trying to downshift coming to thr stop light and getting stuck in neutral or something.. who knows. Unfortunate situation
