I didn't think tow companies allowed anyone to stay in the towed vehicle?
OldeSkool, Flat Earth Trucker, mjd4277 and 1 other person Thank this. -
If you read the story you'd know he was riding in the wrecker

Yea the son has a good case here if the driver was driving like claimed. And if the facts line up that way. I hope he wins. No one should lose their dad like that. Fire is one of the worst ways to go.
hope not dumb twucker, tscottme and Flat Earth Trucker Thank this. -
ScottieD has a video showing a wrecker show up to tow him to a shop. He rode in his own truck while being towed.

I wonder if he lost his brakes or something? 375 is a huge mountain pass and n. Desert Blvd looks like the frontage road to get onto i10 .. I like to take the 375 north over the mountain instead of going thru the city. Coming down this hill to I10 it is a 6% grade with a stoplight at the bottom of it.. I could see an inexperienced tow truck driver maybe trying to downshift coming to thr stop light and getting stuck in neutral or something.. who knows. Unfortunate situation
