If you took a pre employment test then why did he put a refusal for a test that was supposed to happen 8 days later? Do you have any record you were supposed to test again a second time?

That’s a million dollars answer . But you give a black person something as part of being a boss to someone. They feel like they can do anything.

I have to jump in here as I have a issue with the clearinghouse thing also. Without going into the whole thing, it is extremely difficult to get these things corrected via the fmcsa. I had a positive for a medication I had been taking for years. In any previous drug test the mro would call and everything was fine. However I took a pre employment and as usual it came up positive. The mro called, I provided the information, except this time he just took the information and reported it as positive.
I had no experience with drugs or how the clearinghouse works so after researching my options I proceeded with the return to duty bs successfully.
That was 4 years ago, now with 23 years of accident/ticket free driving it is impossible to get a good job with this on my clearinghouse.
I recently found out how to appeal and gave them a unreasonable amount of documentation. They want to speak with the mro for some reason. Problem is he had since retired and they claim not to be able to find him. I found his legitimate home address, functional mobile phone number in less than a hour and provided it to them.
That was 4 months ago. I haven't heard anything back.
I found my only option is to get a lawyer for a minimum of a 5000 retainer. I wonder if he would answer his door if I knock politely.
That entire clearinghouse is horse sht. For all the drivers who got caught up in it legitimate or not. They have replaced with flip flop wearing no English speaking garbage

That is something I think is really dumb. Every mro i can think of is a therapist or witch doctor lol. In all seriousness, they are never real doctors or anything related to them

Here is one thing about the clearing house set up.
Any errors in the system are not removed. They sit in the file forever. The duty status can be changed. But the actual record remains.
According to the people I worked with to get some erroneous information removed, they told me that they can’t do that. I was told it is the way the database was built, once entered, not removable. Here is another component, it is at both state and federal levels. One feeds the other.
If anyone has been successful in getting errors actually removed, I would like to know how it was done.

Bean Jr. and Drn0068 Thank this.
