I spent 12 years in the army, 6 years of that in the 3rd Inf Regt. 3 times I swore an oath to defend the CONSTITUTION of the United States.
And until the constitution is changed, I will defend EVERYONES rights ... equally.
Change the law. You need 10 states to set up english is the official language and thats enough for a constitutional amendment... Until then, it is not constitutional to restrict ANYONEs right to free speech. In whatever language they choose to express it.tarmadilo Thanks this. -
391.11 has been on the books for many years.. that regulation has been part of fmcsa regs.. back in 2016 it was put out that it was not to be enforced, but that has changed back to what it has been…

Why? Because it was most likely challenged in court and found to be unconstitutional but I cant confirm that. But it is a FACT that it hasnt been enforced since 2016. And as I have said countless times, it WILL be challenged again... -

The majority of these drivers are unqualified and most lack English Proficiency. It has nothing to do with race, origin of nationality etc. Lets keep it real. When you use common sense and go back to the 90's there were less fatalities on North American Highways and roads.

The 5th and 6th amendments both deals with the concept of innocent until proven guilty. However, no amendment specifically uses this exact language. "Innocent until proven guilty" is, therefore, an implied right.
And again, if YOU are ok with sitting for HOURS at scales across the country because of this (stupid) reg, then more power to YOU...
Any "law" or reg that requires that you prove you are innocent is unconstitutional and our fathers fought wars to keep this from happening...

The DOT pretty much already knows who they’re gonna be going after. It’s pretty obvious if you’re out here for any length of time, you know what trucks are definitely gonna be the culprit aren’t gonna be speaking, fluent English and having to use translation apps just to communicate with anyone… It’s gonna be glorious to see all of these trucks being impounded here soon… Get them off of our highways… You look just the last couple months alone you got the Austin accident you got the one in Thomasville, Alabama you got the one in Cocoa Beach Florida, and then the one in East Ridge, Tennessee those are just a few to name That are recent of these people that obviously cannot comprehend the English language nor what signs mean in this country… People are being killed over this unnecessarily
