I'm not an eat the rich kind of guy. I'm glad they are where they are in life. However, these people are past the point of being rich anymore.

The divide has gotten so wide with the poor getting poorer and these guys are squeezing so hard they can buy islands, nations, laws and politicians.

It's gotten too far. Some change needs to be happening or the entire world will end up as slaves.

Don't worry, that's where the French revolution and guillotines comes into play.

Zero animosity toward the wealthy, either. However, when it comes to exploiting and sacrificing their employees for massive financial gains, I take issue.

The rich want us to be enslaved, so they can continue gaining wealth at an accelerated rate, so they can continue increasing their control and power. Always been that way.

Maybe one out of every 50 to 100 get a clean title but the nature of most programs is not geared for success to potential owners. They have the freight and they feed you only scraps.
It's like the guy whose sell lakefront property to those w bad credit.
He knows they'll miss a payment then he takes it back.

You nailed it. That’s exactly what these lease-purchase programs are — just like that shady guy selling lakefront property he knows he’ll get back in a year. They’re not really selling ownership — they’re selling the illusion of a shot at ownership. And yeah, for every driver who does somehow make it through, there’s a long line of guys who just got bled out along the way.

Haven't we all answered you a hundred times...Yes they are. Oh, and Dick Simon just called and wants you to bring your truck by the West Jordan Terminal. He saw you were 95% paid toward ownership, and wants you to swap trailers with another driver...... That's how long these Lease Purchases have been a scam. If you know you know.

After all the research I've done..In my opinion, It's better to just fix your credit and stack down payment to buy elsewhere. I'd never lease from a company I work for. It's definitely a scam.

There is nothing wrong with a lease purchase, just like there's nothing wrong with a freight broker offer a load for $1 a mile.

What is wrong is when people agree to do that $1 a mile load or sign away on a cheap pay lease purchase.

Anybody without basic math skills is doomed to fail anyway.
If a lease purchase offers pay below the ability to survive then walk away.

The one I did with North American van Lines years ago was a streight loan ,

$21,500 @ 9% for a 4 yr old IH 9670 cabover with no power steering and leaf springs on the drives .

    $500 down
And $240 a week for two years

I wrecked it with one payment left .
But I was averaging $1400 a week after all expenses , and the job I quit to buy the truck paid $800 a month, I was used to living on that , so I had plenty saved to buy another truck .

the other truck I bought was a money pit but I still was able to
Make good money while it was running .

    third truck was a moneymaker
1991 international 9700 cabover with the set back steer axle double sleeper and air ride drives .
    350 big cam 9 speed

made a lot of money with it cause it never broke down .
