Depends on who you ask and when you ask it— the answers vary quite a bit

So— I got a SS statement in the mail today — it says that August 13 I can pull the plug and make about $3200 a month till I die and then the other half gets it— if I go to run’n an outlaw hay truck for a few months here and there under the table, cut meat during hunting season under the table, offer my guide services under the table and don’t loose to much in high risk golf tournaments I’m thinking I could make the math work — kinda got me to thinking a bit

I'm in an easier position. My dad has Tri-care and his wife being the nurse she was. So he is safe with out me. I live 800 miles away. I would like to be closer.

The pistol story. I have been thinking, the old people in Ireland back in the day. You can't pee anymore. They drill out the prostate. Back then they couldn't, so you back up and die. Or take your life. I imagine 1840s, family around sick and your going to die. It's easier to shoot yourself with a pistol and just end it early by a day or three. For what ever reason I have been thinking about that the last four months. Probably due my Dad and his cancer scare.

He's doing better today. By a little bit. Going to put him in a version of a nursing/rehab home. He can talk carry on a conversation, but little memory.

True. I wonder why. I mean simple infection could kill you. Plus the STDs, bad infections. As a kid I took antibiotics. I haven't in ten years. I still use it on cuts to heal quicker.
