What if it Snows?

Apparently freezing fresh garlic dosent work too well. Had this frozen and upon defrosting, it had soaked up a bunch of moisture. Trying to see if drying in the sun helps.

 

Small hand hair dryer, on low... Turbo boost dry...

@tramm01 just curious, you back to using Camp Chef pellets?

Did some deep digging and found some interesting info.
The info I found, Bear Mountain, Camp Chef and Tractor Supply pellets are all made by a company called lignetics.

 

I’ve been using pit boss. They are half the cost of traeger pellets, and seem to work great
