Wake up at dawn and get out of bed, every single day. Also, in bed asleep every night at 11. If you can do that then you can be clean and sober, if not then you have no hope.

Have you considered that trucking is not for everyone? There's some things that people just can't do. That said have you considered getting medication from a doctor instead of from some dude at the weed store?

Smoked for 20 years. It's like any addiction. You have to be ready and willing to quit. There is a 12 step program for any substance. Pot was easiest thing I quit. Best of luck.

Try this book. I used the easy way to quit smoking. Smoked for 35 years and stopped once I read this book. Been 13 months and still don’t miss it one bit.Canadianhauler21, Walk Among Us, tscottme and 2 others Thank this. -
Whats more important ? that dam weed or an accomplishment of a important goal . When i was a child i spoke as a child thought as a child understood as a child but when i cowboy'ed up i put away childish things .

Get up every day put your feet on the floor drink a big glass of fresh water and go out and hike as far as you can. Come home make a cup of coffee drink it down and feel good about life. If you’re eating crappy food change your diet. You’ll lose your craving for stimulants real quick.
