I'm not sure he can scale 35,000 lb. Those trailers max out at a GVWR of 10,000 lb under the weight of that manlift.

I’ve hauled a 60’ before on a setup similar, but an 80’ is a good bit heavier than a 60!

Well, checking the www.gatormade.com website, they apparently do have 40k for that trailer, and it is a dual tire/dual axle. Hard to see in that picture, but it does look to me like like it has duals making it....somewhat capable, plus, the driver has a dually pickup, as I can see the extended side walls on the rear wheel well, so this might be an entirely legal load, since most of the weight will be on the dual axles on the trailer, and the pickup only has to worry about lighter tongue weight, so...I'd think it's a draw at best. :dontknow:

40k gvw. -9,000 trailer weight. So really only 31k payload at best. Not that I am generally concerned with such things. I assume it weighs about 9. I had a 40’ Kaufman once and it was 8800

You're making it too hard! Marker on the wheel arch is an easy dually giveaway, and the offset wheels on the trailer are duals. Single wheel trailers have minimal offset wheels.

I would’ve thought with the smaller wheels, the GVWR would be less.
