Seems to me that the industry would be better off if you did leave. Coupel tickets, apparent lack of work ethic ("try to skimp on time and lay around the job til something else real hires"), job hopping, I can see why companies are not hiring you on.
Looking for anything right now temporarily

Would be nice to have a decent company to work for getting me the desired $1600 a week but that's certainly not available in the industry right now, $1000 a week is apparently too much to ask for with these companies, you want a good driver then pay your drivers well
So no i dont really think im wrong to not care especially knowing my next carrier will...YES be a temp job (and im putting it as such for future applications) no point putting hard work in when its not paying me anything and its tempLast edited: Jun 10, 2025

I don't know anything about this company; just see the ads sometimes.

Go to Las Vegas. Plenty of jobs, other than driving.
Friend of mine works in a casino restaurant making dumplings for $30.00 hr. + time and a half on Saturday.

Another friend of mine works in a casino housekeeping and makes real good money, plus union benefits and union pension.Last edited: Jun 10, 2025

From what I see , the 24 bucks an hour gig is what I’d do.

"3 of my 5 companies committed felonies but ok" uh huh, sure
Well a hard worker or strong work ethic person wouldn't just lay around and skimp on time at a company they agree to work for, they would do the work.
That statment alone would prevent m from hiring a person, and tos sin job hopping and the tickets, you will be lucky to get hired with the other candidates a company has applying.
Well trucking is a tough to get hired in the Florida area, probably have to move to get the job you are looking for that meets your needs if not going to do local work.bryan21384 Thanks this. -
