Well....ya know.....sometimes ya gotta bite the bullet, so to speak, and take what's available. If that happens to be WE, or another bottom feeder, so be it. You have to get away from the WEL thought process that they are the reason you ain't working. That everything about them, is why you are where you're at. It's all their fault.
Maybe come up with a local dump truck job, or box truck, anything that will show prospective employers that you can, and will do what it takes to make money.

Dude theres nothing to "bring to the table" and if there is id like to hear it, trucking isnt hard, I drive, I run my miles and I expect to get my miles because im here for employment and a paycheck and I do the job requested and expect to be paid accordingly, if anything im a professional driver for both car and truck given Im a Sports Car Club of America member and participated in races and autocross, ive also participated in multiple drag racing events across Florida, my driving skill speaks for itself

There's nothing special about driving, theres nothing special to bring to a job unless you can bring contracts/freight leads to a carrier, trucking is driving and thats it, all its ever going to be, I bring almost 4 years of experience to the table and I know how to run my miles enough to garuntee 2800+ miles a week anywhere from I-5 to I-75

Don't know what kinda answer you expect, im looking to get paid and run miles, not do charity work or sit at the truck stop 5 days a week

Not 1 person in this industry has ever started a 100k+ a year job without paying their dues... thata how the industry works. You start at the bottom and work your way up.. if you ain't willing to do that then you can #### right off and find something else to do . The industry ain't gonna bend over for your pie in the sky expectations. There is guys running the northeast ever single day of the week .. if it wasn't profitable there would be 0 trucks out there.... also i have run into many loads that have no way of making it on time.. you know how to solve that ? Making a ####ing phone call! There is no load on this planet that can't be rescheduled .. lack if communication causes so many problems out here, as a driver you need to look out fir yourself and light a fire under peoples ### sometimes... I do it all the time cuz I ain't a window licker like you... so quit ur ####in crying, put ur big boy panties on and stop acting like a Blowhard little whining ##### ! My 4 year old niece whines less than you.

Ive already stated im completely unable to take local work, even if I was willing to, I genuinely CANT, and dump truck doesnt pay, thats the kinda job you get when you have 3 DUI's, a ticket every month of the year and cant go 3 days without an accident, im nowhere near that level of low, if there were jobs in Florida to begin with id probably have never even gotten my CDL

No you are just a ####ing crybaby is all it is... your entire post you just wrote explains everything...there is so much more to this job then holding a steering wheel. It is clear in those 4 years you have learned nothing at all.. and it is also clear in the companies eyes that won't hire you... people like you are the laughing stock of the office .the butt of every joke in the dispatch room.

Like I dont make the phone call Wel was too incompetent to even reschedule anything, they outright refused to. this dude acts like I sit in the truck wondering "oh super truckers what do i do next I have no idea!"

You genuinely believe im just clueless in this industry, youre talking to me like I dont even have a month experience under my belt, im 4 years in almost I know what im doing, and trust me im more than willing to go off on dispatch if im not getting my miles or go bother a reciever if they're not moving their ###, I get rude as hell with these people the moment the 2 hour mark hits because if you cant load a truck in 2 hours theres a serious problem , you get on the phone with dispatch any time there's a problem you cant fix and you run your miles

Ive paid my dues, I have just under 4 years experience I demand at least $80,000 a year

There's nothing more that could be proven outside of actually driving, clearly some wild level of ragebait at the end of the day every driver holds a steering wheel and ultimately outside of the many daily decisions we make on the road theres nothing else to the job

And if im a crybaby I genuinely feel sorry for anyone else because yall obviously are here to slop up what few miles you get without complaint, im here to make money, #### my dispatcher, my manager, payroll or anyone at the company, they're gonna hear me complaining every week I don't get my miles or money and they can get ####ed if they dont like it, im here for as much money as possible, its a JOB im here for MONEY

You have proven by your responses that you are ignorant as well as clueless and any other adjective to describe being a handful of iq points above a #### flinging monkey... also lighting a fire under someone's ### and going off on them are 2 different things, so now we can add anger problems on your list of things that goes against you... yelling at dispatch as well as customers, fantastic idea ! So you're also the guy that loses companies accounts over because they held you up for a couple hours.... and you still fail to look in the mirror after all this time and see where the problem is ?

Let's do some simple math... you demand 80k a year. Why do you need .60 to .70 a mile in order to do that? But then you say you aren't lazy? You say you can run miles so you should know how to do 160k+ miles a year on a elog legally... if you want 80k a year you need .50 a mile not .70 a mile...

But wait you're gonna tell me doing 3k+ miles a week for 50 weeks is impossible.

Do you think dispatchers want to hear a crybaby grown man on the other end of the phone everytime he gets a booboo when they have a hundred other drivers to manage ? You need to grow the #### up and stop acting like a child.

Walmart employees know better than to ask drivers to help unload trucks. Even the outside contract carriers. Everybody knows their job there. That #### don't happen. And what kind of screw up can't call breakdown and give an explanation on a breakdown takes a 10 hour break with product on the trailer before doing their job? They'll get a mechanic to your truck ASAP if you call breakdown.
