Had a gut feeling that’s what it was, bet that was a hot job….

 

We poured it in the morning so wasn't too bad. Just wetting it down so it don't dry too fast. I won't say no to a couple beers by now.

 

Job requirements are what they are. If you ain't cussin', you don't know what you're doing, cause only someone who knows the crap they're about to get into has the smarts to cuss out the dumb thing.

 

Pulling concrete those beers are deserved lol….

 

I went and walked a potential job with a consultant today. I wasn't quick enough to get a photo, but I saw a traditional looking Diamondback Rattler today. Hadn't seen one for quite awhile.

You definitely wouldn’t have been quick enough to have gotten a picture of me had I been on site

 

I really didn't expect to see one where we did. You know that hot springs on 20/26/75 on the west side of Craters? The channel that we were looking at was downstream on the outlet from those hot springs. Close to the lavas, but the snake was in the wetland grass next to that channel.

 

Know right where it is— had to be close to 100 there today so if I was a snake I’d been down by the water in the shade
