They say it happened during a downpour. And yes there was a lot of rain yesterday but how the hell do you even do that on a three-lane freeway, especially the Cross Bronx? I'm sure the repair bills are going to eclipse the bridge toll.

A friend of mine found a tarp on the side of the road last week all rolled up with the bungee still wrapped around it.

Guess what? There is another one out in the wild now.

 

Use acetone by wetting a rag and rubbing vigorously to remove most painted on lettering.

 

Oven cleaner works great!
