Hi all,
My favorite broker changed professions. He said he wasn’t making much money, so he had to leave. I miss the relationship since it grew over a year.
Is it hard for brokers too at the moment? I thought carriers have it bad with low rates, and I was thinking brokers take more cuts of the pay.
He was reasonable and always paid detention too. For sure, I will miss the guy.

It's competitive. There are more people than there is work so if you aren't really really good at what you do and manage your time very well, you will feel the pain. It's like that in any industry, but this one really feels it. There is no "go switch over and this is easy street" solution. You have to be good and motivated or you won't do well. And even if you are, it will be pretty difficult and the world changes just about daily so you have to change that fast.
