Nevermind the requirement of a series of flu vaccinations on innocent people, in recent history.

I have some younger friends in their 30's doing this high protein stuff. They are lifting weights and getting buff
.told a few of them to be careful, high protein is hard on the kidneys. It falls on deaf ears...

High protein requires one to drink a LOT of water. That’s pretty well known.

I mostly eat protein and drink one Ice Mountain 101oz bottle of water per day, while in the truck. At home, it’s more. Yesterday, I worked outside ~4hrs and drank ~250oz, for the day.

Im.not really sure what kind it is..its some nurse practitioner thats giving them shots ( NOT THE GLP 1 STUFF) and protein supplements. Seen it too many times. I had a good firefighter friend who was an absolute health nut who died at 55 a few years ago. He was an avid dieter and worked out consistently, not an ounce of fat on him. Never did hear his cause of death but sure it was attributed to whatever he was doing all those years.

My wife and I one day tried out one of those high protein shakes at smoothie king a couple of months ago. Man talking about feeling bloated and mild kidney pain afterwards...never again.
