I think I need a couple days off after this load. My patience is running thin.. 9 hours to load this crap.. I'll take crushed cars everyday of the week and twice on sunday

I'm getting used to this new trailer, not sure I'm liking it just yet. No place to hang a oversized banner on rear. One of the guys in our shop is working on it , he's a good fab guy and a great welder. Whatever he comes up with
might weigh a ton , but it'll be here from now on.

Serious questionis loading above the pipe stakes against any regulation? Or just not good idea? I'm not a pipe hauling expert..only haul it a couple times.. The stakes are at least chained together, and I will say out of all the flatbed that was there who had pipe stakes that weren't apart of the trailer, I was the only one to put a binder on them pulling together to secure them to the stake pockets...even 2 of my co workers did not secure them.. Seems like a bad idea to me but I don't know anything about anythingcke, broke down plumber, Kyle G. and 7 others Thank this. -

Just policy at many yards mostly oil and gas then some require padding so pipe will not touch pins. They tend to magnetize when touching.
Nothing on chains across pin to pin. But without you run the risk of the loader ripping the rub rail off your trailer.
Some of them fork drivers are dangerous to even be around.
Two straps on each layer and a belly wrap for a less than full layer.
Chocks are a must also.
Many require a headach rack but no law on them.cke, broke down plumber, Kyle G. and 8 others Thank this.
