Made it before it starts pouring again.
Unfortunately, I dropped the needle and seat for the carb I'm rebuilding and can't find them.
So a scavenger hunt will be the after supper activity.:mad::mad:

So for the saga, bought the WS I’ve been running 3-4 years ago, with a blown motor. Being naturally unintelligent, I did the bare minimum to get it running, put it on the road, 6600 miles later, it grenaded... totally tore it down and rebuilt it right the second time, runs excellent! I knew when I purchased it, the electrical system was a rats nest, a previous owner had a fetish for butt connectors, snipping, clipping, etc… took about 2 weeks of working at it evenings to get all the lights to work… brakes were almost new, needed steer tires and an alignment, also added a return line to the wet kit, (for the walking floor) but not much else was needed. Some little stuff, door latches, etc had to be replaced, but mechanically, it is solid, I wouldn’t be scared to run it anywhere, but it is what they called the Heritage edition, has a very small cab. IMO, the nicest looking model WS ever made, but I’m 6’2”, and that cab was starting to cripple me up bad. After watching me hickle around after running it for only several hours, my wife started commenting that she thinks I’d be wise to find something better. The paint was getting very thin, we were headed to where it needed 8 new drive tires, the electrical system being what it was, and due to the trucks age, it was relatively difficult to get parts for it, I had to get Rifes from Chambersburg PA to look up any parts I needed because no one local would work on it. Also, I have never really been a WS fan at all, I bought this one because it looked like a decent opportunity, and have no regrets about buying it. I just started thinking, maybe I’ve had my fun with this one, the parts availability was probably the most major deciding factor in deciding to upgrade. My dad drove truck for a good number of years, he came off the road when my sister was born, but with the exception of 1 Volvo, he ran exclusively Peterbilt, so as a little tot, I was convinced they were the best! After I got my CDL he bought a 93 379 for me to run, which further convinced me I wanted my own. I tried to buy that one off of him several times, but he didn’t really want to sell, due to the complicated hydraulic system we had on it. And he liked it himself. I started keeping my eyes open for something else about a year ago, wasn’t dead set that it had to be a certain model, but I wanted either a Peterbilt or a Kenworth, 13 or 18 speed, and I preferred a CAT motor. Also wanted air ride on the cab, old one didn’t have that, and driving back roads is brutal on that thing. Shows how old it is!!! Within the last 6 months, I had decided to just run this one for another year or two, but kept an eye on what was Available. This new one appeared decent shape, was sitting on a lot in Kingdom City MO, needed a little work, but other than the fact it has a Cummins motor, it’s about just what I wanted. I put several bids on it, and got it for what I felt was a reasonable price. Buying anything unseen gives me heeby jeebies, so I didn’t know what to expect. Overall, it was better than I expected, it isn’t perfect, it has just over a million miles on it, and a Snow Mexican dash that shows kilometers…. It was advertised as needing injectors, but it actually was just a cracked suction tube in the drivers side fuel tank. Fixed that, and Appears to run great, I put 1,480 miles on in the last 3 days, and it runs good, did give me an EGR code about 100 times. Scanner says it’s sticking open…. May need to abort it. A/C laid down, gasped a few times, rolled over and died yesterday, so that needs some relatively immediate attention! It was 94* today! All the tires were about used up, I put new steers on right away, gonna try to get another couple thousand out of the drives, they passed inspection, but no way I’m letting them on through winter. It has a relatively new driver seat, not my favorite, I might swap seats with the old truck. So far, I’m happy with it, I will happily pay to fix a suction tube any day over a full rack of injectors!!! Will try to put better interior pics on after I put a mattress in it, and clean the interior, it is filthy on the pictures I uploaded. Windows open in a wheat field is not conducive to cleanliness!!! ( good grief, what a parable)

You can get beverages, like beer or hard seltzers, 5%ABV or less any day of the week in about any convenience or grocery store. Heavy beer or wines and distilled products, state stores only.
The state has a markup of 88.5 percent on wine and spirits, 66.5 on beer from wholesale cost of products. Then add in transportation/distribution cost. sales tax is then charged on that total.
