HELP! HAZARD LIGHTS

    Been in the shop for 3 hrs. Nobody has a clue why my hazards and blinkers are hyperflashing!! I had my dash ripped out a week ago because the company put in a whole new ELD system...is this related?

    It turns out, in the fuse box under the hood it says left headlight lamp. It controls the left front headlight and the back right blinker AND the king pin release.
