    Well, it didn’t work out too well for that rider..;)

    Note how “relaxed” the trooper was responding!!
    As if he was saying “I’m not even gonna bother,we got somebody watching from above!”
    And sure enough!!
    I would pay to see the expression on the rider’s face to see his reaction thinking that he got away,only to surrounded by law enforcement!
    That would be priceless!!
