Define cheap lol. I carry a Kershaw and I thought they were sorta spendy…

 

$30-$40 max is all that I've spent on a pocket knife. I'll even stop by the local Tractor Supply store and see if they have any on clearance. If I lose it it's not a big loss financially.


To me any pocket knife over $50 is expensive. I'm not buying the fancy knives that costs hundreds of dollars.

 

I can tell I need to quit buying my Kershaw on the Snap on truck…. I feel rather foolish giving 130 for my little American flag Kershaw

 

Nah if you like the knife and it works for you there's nothing wrong with that.


I'm just a cheapskate with certain things.

 

Cheap? I love Kershaws, but they tend to work their way out of my pocket. Nice knives in my book.
This is a knife that I gave to my wife's brother 10 or more years ago. He passed away last year, and I inherited it. This one does not work it's way out of my pocket.

So I’ve had a C model here for a good bit. It sat more than it should but what this fella wanted was not easy. I could also tell this truck is the pride of his farm. I backed it out 2 weeks ago and fussed over it we had some trouble with a new turbo that is just one them things. Knowing how proud of this ol truck he is put a bit more pressure on me to make triple sure it’s right. He finally comes to get it this afternoon….he left me another to work on and left a box of stuff in the truck he left so I offered to meet him with it. Anyway I told all that to say this the smile on his face when I asked him what he thought was priceless.

 

That's worth more than the monetary payment sometimes!

 

Got up this morning, took that last bottle of ambition. Sorry @Tall Mike Was gonna put my new light bar on top of my truck. Opened up the box here's this high dollar light bar with no controller. What the heck. Now it's raining so there's that. Looking forward to arguing with Whelen about the controller on Monday.
Don't know if you remember the story we were talking about that cab over I had out in New Mexico @Cowpuncher575 . Found it 12 years later. Not in New Mexico, Arizona.
