    For sure, I wouldn't try it with like the outlet mall in Barstow that is empty but looks like they are already using a lot of the space for the tractor business, and one set of stores are going to be the Truck stop stores. It's a decent enough idea to add truck parking without a 8 figure investment to build a new truck stop. Hopefully they are successful, I'm sure there are a few other sites around the country that could use that kind of transformation.
