I don't know exactly how to describe it, but I know I'm way past dehydrated when I have to stop and think about what to do next and I find myself repeating the same useless action over and over, like walking around the trailer and back to my side storage to get something I've already got where it needs to be. Now I never go to a pickup or delivery without a FULL jug of water and I don't really get to that point anymore. Pickle juice does help with cramps; that's another excuse for me to load up on those spicy pickles at road ranger.

These are good for hot days and drink the juice after eating them. I think some truck stops sell them but every grocery store does for a lot cheaper.

I'm the same way, when I can't think straight or I'm staring at a strap and not knowing what to do with it. Time to go sit in the truck A/c for a couple minutes and cool off

Most bottled water and reverse osmosis water is dead. Meaning devoid of the minerals water is supposed to have.

1 tsp of any natural salt (sea, Himalayan, etc)
    1 tsp baking powder
1 gal of alkaline or even better well water

You have to start your day hydrating as soon as you wake up and continue all day long. If you're humping hard all day in the heat, 1 gallon will not be enough. If you aren't peeing alot you should be and it better be as clear as water.

We used to say in the military... Hydrate or die!

Update. It's really working guys. 3 days in the heat and drinking electrolytes and I haven't had a cramp, muscle seizure or even any typical dizziness. I'm mixing water with sport drinks and various powders like you guys said. . Whatever I can find I get it. The heat is horrible right now. This stuff really works. 77517093051__022C9471-3E85-49C3-B669-5D7524985457.jpeg Thanks guys

I drink pickle juice a lot. You can buy it in gallon jugs at Walmart. It doesn't just completely stop the cramps from coming but definitely makes them fewer and far between as well as not so intense when they do come.

It helps but it can be hard on some people's stomach.

I love pickle juice, but the vinegar gets to me now that I am older. I would chug it if I could get away with it.
