    It’s my Dads. Plan is to keep it as close to what it is without the rust on the chrome.

    On a service call in the forklift business, you soulfully advise the customer that it will have to go to the shop (+trucking) where you can get in there enough to find EXACTLY (hours) where this is coming from.
    There, you add enough stop leak / block seal till it dries up.
    Or this is the way an ole boy with a lean to shop in Mantachie. MS handled one once.
