Find a small outfit, like 10 trucks or less. They’ll probably hire you without all that messing around.

 

HT Bar, Inc. here in DFW, Texas is a small outfit (50 trucks) that runs refrigerated freight, good safer score last time I checked. They run decent equipment and they seem to run a relaxed 2500-2800 miles a week.
